Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

From the vineyards of Modena, northern Italy, comes Mr Organic sweet and tangy Balsamic Vinegar. Made to tradition, we blend wine vinegar and a selection of organic grapes, which have been matured over time in wooden casks. This helps to bring out the fruity depth of flavour, which can be used to enhance a variety of dishes.
