The vegan coriander sauce made by Jeffrey Suyuan without the addition of five spices, is especially suitable for friends who like coriander but are vegetarian.
This coriander sauce contains two kinds of coriander, Chinese and Thai coriander grown in Er'ao, which increases the flavor. It is not spicy therefore freshly grown lemon, leaf, and Erao ginger is specially added in to make the taste fresh and layered.
