Single origin coffee info: We love this coffee for its unique flavour from the unique processing method called Yeast Oro. Traditional processes are called washed, semi washed, pulped natural and natural. Yeast Oro uses yeast in airtight fermentation tanks and a much longer fermentation time, 36hrs vs the usual 12ish for traditional process coffees. The yeast intensifies the flavour of the coffee beans, enhancing its character. A very rich, full-bodied coffee with notes of plums and rock melon.
