Organic Chardonnay Gisborne 2019

The Natural Wine CoOrganic Chardonnay is produced from our Coastal VineyardManutuke and Ormond Valley vineyard. The wine has had oak integration, undergone partial malolactic fermentation to give it more texture and creaminess in the palate.

These grapes are harvestedripe, as low yields and2 cane pruning encourages this. The grapes are normally harvested around 22 24brix. This wine has lovely fruit flavour and texture.

The wines are made from certified organic grapes and bio-dynamically grown grapes. The wine is low allergen nowine fine agents used.

Good for the environment The conservation message. In releasing this wine brand, we sponsor The Womens Native Tree Trust. This group plants native trees in communitys and schools. They grow their plants from seeds and then donate the trees.
