About this cider
Inspired by the French once again, we asked a local micro distillery to turn some of our ciders into apple brandy. We then blended this with juice from bittersweet and bittersharp cider apples and left it in used French oak casks for a couple of years. The result is delicious served as a digestif with cheese at the end of a meal.
Made with apple brandy made from our own cider, with juice from Browns and Dabinett apples.
