R14 Saffron Rice (sold per 10g)
Saffron Rice uses a classic 2:1 ratio; 1 part rice, 2 parts water. To begin, soak desired amount in water for up to 30 minutes. Drain and rinse thoroughly. Set rice and water in a deep pan over medium heat. Once up to a simmer, cover, lower heat, and cook for 10 minutes. Turn off heat and allow rice to sit for 5 minutes.
Rice, paprika, turmeric, saffron powder.
