USES

Suggested Usage

Organic Black Rice can be usedas a side dish or base in Asian-inspired dishes, curries, stews and fresh salads.Or create black rice puddings with coconut or almond milk, delicious with mixed berries.

Black rice takes longer to cook than white rice, so rinsing and soaking it overnight will help reduce its cooking time.Then cook 1:2 in fresh water (or stock) using the absorption method until tender about 20-35minutes.
