How To Use
Dilute 5g of flakes in 600ml of water, fruit juice, or seasoned stock; cook for five minutes. Add fruits or vegetables, pour into a mold. Refrigerate until firm.

Seal and store in a cold dark place, away from moisture and sunlight.
