Kale Cavatappi in Cream Sauce
Ingredients (serve 4)
- 2c kale
- 1c roasted tomatoes
- 4c cooked pasta
- 1/2 c diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic (we like it garlicky)
- 2c milkadamia, Unsweetened
- 1/4c nutritional yeast
How to make
- Make alfredo cream sauce:
- Sauté onion and garlic
- Add 2 cups milkadamia milk, 1/4 cup nutritional yeast, and blend in a food processor.
- Add to pan and let simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat. Serve over pasta with roasted tomatoes and kale
