Vegan Blueberry-licious Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup milkadamia Unsweetened Milk
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 6 Tbsp agave syrup (or maple)
- 1 1/4 cup ground almonds
- 1 1/4 cup gluten-free flour
- 3/4 cup gluten-free oats
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
How to make
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix ingredients together, gently folding in blueberries at the end.
- Bake in a muffin tin for 18-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
