Vegan Turmeric Tea Ice Cream

  • 400ml can coconut cream
  • 1 & 1/2tsp of golden spice powder
  • 8 cardamom pods
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbs rice malt syrup
  • pinch salt

How to make

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and warm over low heat for 5-10mins
  2. Strain to remove cardamom pods
  3. Allow to cool before pouring into the ice cream machine
  4. Transfer to airtight container and allow to freeze overnight
