47% Syrah + 40% Sangiovese + 13% Chardonnay.

12% Alc/vol.

Tastes

- Bright red currants, plum, raspberries & strawberries, green leaves, complex. 

- Rich and savoury; 

- Firm, youthful and round with soft tannin structure.

Field Notes

Wild fermented in a mix of stainless steel tanks and barrels. Some held over in a chilled tank for fresh brightness, the rest racked to barrels for malolactic fermentation + 6-month maturation. Then brought back together in the final blend.
