Mainly Arinto (90%), and other grapes (10%).

Winemaking
Produced from high vineyards with 30 years old. Manual harvest in the begging of September. Natural fermentation (with no addition of yeasts) in stainless steel vat, followed by bottling, in the beginning of October. Sparkling wine made using an ancestral method, with a single fermentation, without addition of yeasts or sugar. Not filtered or stabilized, with low sulfur dioxide level. 4000 bottles were produced, all numbered.

Tasting Notes
Vibrant straw color, with fine and persistent bubbles. In the mouth it shows character and freshness, with complex and persistent aromas.
