Using the cocoa beans from Kokoa Kamili Cooperative, Tanzania. Kokoa Kamili works with more than 3000 farmers which pay a higher price to buy their beans. They then use central fermentation to bring out a uniform flavour.
Every bean is hand-picked and sorted. The beans are roasted lightly to bring out the complex flavor. The beans are certified organic.
This chocolate has a velvety, creamy melt in the mouthfeel. You can taste predominantly fruity notes - red fruit, like cherries and berries. The taste is perfectly balanced with the right amount of tartness - not too sweet but completely satisfying. The refreshing lemon flavour comes in the end.
