At Slowood, we reuse packaging boxes to ship your order. This means that from the products you choose to the way we deliver them, we do our best to eliminate unnecessary waste and lower carbon emissions.

Local shipping (Hong Kong): Free Shipping on orders of HKD500!

Once you hit the threshold of $500 with qualified products, your order is eligible for free shipping.

We offer delivery for Hong Kong customers.

Hong Kong orders will be shipped using SF Express delivery service, for enquiry please email us at cs@slowood.hk

You will receive an email with the tracking number and details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Acceptance of Your Order

Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn

Delivery Times

Delivery times are determined by number of business days (Monday to Friday, exclude public holiday) from the day after we ship your order.
