Free Shipping on orders of net HKD500! Local shipping only (Hong Kong) 

Once you hit the threshold of net $500 with qualified products, your order is eligible for free shipping.

We offer delivery for Hong Kong customers.

    Hong Kong orders will be shipped via Pickupp delivery service or S.F. Express for remote area, for enquiry please email us at

    You will receive an email with the tracking number and details as soon as your order is dispatched.

    For orders under $500, there is a delivery fee of $80 - this will automatically be added to your total payment at the checkout.

    Acceptance of Your Order

    Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. 

    We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn

    Returns & Replacements  

    Your satisfaction is important to us, if you have a concern about the quality of your product please use the Contact Us page to email us with the batch number, expiry date and product name from the barcode label and the reason you are dissatisfied.  

    Any returns due to quality issues must contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order.  

    Unfortunately, we do not accept product returns if you have changed your mind or don't like the scent.  

    We may request you to return the unused product before processing a refund or replacement. (Please note, if you made your purchase from a retail stockist, you will need to return it to that stockist - and their store policies apply in terms of refund or replacement.)  

    Delivery Times

    Purchased items will be delivered within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday, exclude public holiday). If you'd like to receive your order on a specific day, reach out to us via email ( or live chat (the bottom left corner of our website) and we'll see what we can do to help.
