It has also become a trendy ingredient for artisan distilleries who use the frothy white flowers in their recipes for gin, vodka and even champagne.

USES

Suggested Usage

Prepare as tea, pour 8 oz. boiling water over 1 Tbsp. of herb. Cover and steep 3-5 minutes, strain and serve immediately.

Use the cordial and/or dried flowers in cakes, tarts, jams, pies, or pancakes. The blossoms are great when balanced with tart fruits such as rhubarb. They are also delightful baked with strawberries and raspberries.
