All our honey is sustainably sourced and packed straight from the hives so its just as nature intended - raw and unpasteurised. And most importantly of all, we always leave the majority of the honey on the hives for the bees and only ever extract what they can spare.

Science

Science on Manuka Honey is well documented. When glucose oxidase (an enzyme incorporated into honey by bees) reacts with glucose and oxygen molecules (moisture in the skin) it produces hydrogen peroxide which kills bacteria. This can be used both topically and is 100% natural wat of curing a sore throat or treating skin irritation and issues.
