I | Position: Shop Assistant (Full-time/Part-time)
- Location: Central Market/ Sha Tin/ Discovery Bay/ Tai Koo Shing)

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and products to the customers
- Provide and maintain excellent customer service & relationship and a pleasant shopping environment consistent with brand image
- Assist in handling daily operation
i. Greet customers and help with their zero waste shopping
ii. Maintain a clean, food safe, and organised working environment
iii. Open / close the store iv. Manage inventory / assist with deliveries
v. Educate on the environment / zero waste movement Requirements - Good command of spoken English and Chinese
- Passionate in promoting zero waste lifestyle
- Knowledge / interest in health foods / package-free / eco-conscious living
- Knowledge in the vegetarian / vegan product is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience in Retail / Food and Beverage Industry (Fresh Graduates will also be considered)

II | Assistant Shop Manager
Responsibilities
- Promote clean beauty/ well-being products in order to maximize & achieve the Sales target
- Build & maintain good relationships with clients
- Drive, motivate, and encourage staff to achieve sales and service goals according to company standards
- Handle on daily sales reports by utilizing computer for handling data analysis and action plan
- Prepare monthly roster and annual leave arrangement
- Manage daily shop operations and participate in stock management & maintain well display of merchandise
Requirements
- Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Assistant Shop Manager with at least 4 years or above working experience in retail/ luxury beauty brand
- Solid experience in managing and supervising a retail/ skin care /makeup store or counter
- Excellence sales technique & service-oriented
- Excellence Communication & Interpersonal skills
- Mature, proactive and able to work independently
- Strong leadership skill and able to demonstrate as a coach with good people management techniques

III | Buyer
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and manage purchase and logistics of the products, and control and allocation of stock to ensure inventory level is at optimum level
- Maintain good relationship with suppliers and establishing new contracts with suppliers, source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best product quality, price and payment terms
- Regular report preparation and database analysis on product & sales performance, inventory report, sales forecast, and budget plan
- Manage and update ERP system and various Excel and CSV files
- Conduct and present market research, price comparisons and cost analysis
- Perform QA check on potential, new and existing products, ensure quality meet company standard and value
- Cross team operation support, such as marketing and sales strategies
Requirements
- Knowledge or interest in zero waste/ sustainable lifestyle/ eco-conscious living
- Bachelor degree holder, preference will be given to candidates from Supply Chain Management or Business related disciplines
- At least 1 year’s buying experience in retail industry
- Experience in ERP/ inventory management systems, and understanding of POS and/or eCommerce systems
- Comprehensive experience with excel and reporting, capability in managing, computing and analyzing big data using Excel and CSV
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent, analytical, self-motivated with strong numerical sense and logical thinking • Well organised and detail-minded, able to work under pressure and meet deadline
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese/Cantonese, and ability to communicate in Mandarin

IV | E-Commerce and Marketing Assistant / Executive
Responsibilities
- eCommerce systems operations and maintenance including updates of product database, SEO, content in various systems
- Streamline eCommerce operations workflows to optimize working efficiency and productivity
- Support Management in evaluating and reviewing existing processes, and drive for to-be process design for internal systems
- Identify areas of growth and optimization via preparation of regular and adhoc reports to drive higher sales
- Support Marketing Director to plan annual and seasonal marketing budgets and calendars
- Support marketing campaigns for both retail stores and online platforms
- Become fully abreast of local market audience behavior, industry landscape and competitors to unlock new opportunities
- Perform other duties as assigned
