How about spending fun time making yourself some Vegan Caramel Easter Eggs at home? Here is the recipe:
a. 210g | 72% Pitch Dark Buttons
b. 175g | Dates
c. 2 tbsp | Almo Almond Creme
d. ½ tsp | Vanilla Extract
e. ¼ -½ tsp | Sea Salt
f. 8 tbsp | Almo Almond Milk
Steps:
1) Add in dates, almond creme, and salts
2) Blend 1. while pouring in almond milk until smooth and thick
3) Melt chocolate in a bowl
4) Spoon thick layer of  3. Into molds with teaspoon
5) Cover 4. in parchment paper and place on baking sheet, then freeze it
6) Add 1 into 5
7) Finish with layering 3 on top, and freeze it again

a. 210g | 72度黑純素朱古力
b. 175g | 椰棗
c. 2 tbsp | Almo 杏仁醬
d. ½ tsp | 雲尼拿精油
e. ¼ -½ tsp | 海鹽
f. 8 tbsp | Almo 杏仁奶
步驟:
1) 將椰棗、杏仁醬和鹽放入攪拌機或盆
2) 將1攪拌至滑及糊狀
3) 將素朱古力溶掉
4) 用匙將 3 塗到蛋形模,形成蛋殼層
5) 將 4 蓋上羊皮紙,放到烘焙紙上,放入雪櫃
6) 將 1 放到 5
7) 最後將 3 塗上去,冷藏至朱古力完全硬化
