Our naturopath has carefully formulated this blend to naturally support female hormone balance through the reproductive years. This tonic is an earthy and subtly sweet blend, balanced with refreshing hints of mint.

This blend is caffeine free.

Brewing:

Place 1 pyramid into a cup (250ml) and add filtered water at 75°C – 85°C. Allow to infuse for 3 – 5+ minutes, and then remove the bag and serve.
