USES

Suggested Usage

Perfect with yogurt, milk, vegetable or natural drink in morning bowls,breakfast. Light breakfast cereal as is, or add to baking recipes or granolas is great too. Great to add this delicious muesli to raw food recipes including smoothies, slices and energy balls. Oraddition to muffin and cookie recipes, or try some in a fruit and nut loaf.

Whip up a thick and tasty porridge by adding your favourite milk to a cup of oats. Top it with fresh yoghurt and seasonal fruit to serve,sweeten to taste with maple syrup, coconut nectar or raw honey.
