Description
Soba is atraditional Japanese noodles. Unlike most noodles made from white flour, Muso's noodles are crafted using also part near bran and this gives a unique flavor,with a rich, nutty buckwheat taste. The grain is milled several times so that the noodles, although being wholegrain, have a delicious soft texture.

Suggested Usage
Perfect forhot or chilled in dashi, a shoyu soy sauce kombu broth, with a dipping sauce or in refreshing salads.
Add the noodles after your water has come to a boil, simmer for about 2-3 minutes or until soft. Then add cold water to the pot periodically until cooked to avoid the noodles breaking apart. Should be cooked gently.
