We like to carry coffees produced by innovative people, and ‘Anaerobic Red Honey’ process is definitely innovative. Thanks to producer Marcos Antonio, who grew up on his family farm, graduated from college with an agronomics degree, and uses these skills to manage the farm and produce amazing coffees like this one. A stunning coffee, with notes of cherry ripe, sweet apple and chocolate.
