Key Ring: Polar Bear

A Polar Bear’s skin is actually black, hidden beneath its thick white fur. These powerful swimmers can reach speeds of up to 10 kmph and are capable of swimming for days at a time. Male Polar Bears can weigh up to 800 kg—about as much as 10 men—and are the largest carnivores on land. A group of Polar Bears is called a celebration, an aurora, or a pack.
