Ingredients

Soft medical grade silicone (quartz and sandstone)

It is latex-free and contains no dyes, BPA, PFAS, phthalates, petroleum plastic, bleaches or toxins.

How to use it

1. Wash your hands and get comfy.
2. Fold the cup – we love the Punchdown or C-fold.
3. Insert it – gently separate your labia with one hand, and guide the cup in with the other, aiming it back toward your tailbone (not straight up).
4. Let it pop open – once it’s in, run a finger around the rim to check it’s fully open and sitting just below the cervix.
5. When it’s time to empty, gently break the seal and remove.
