Aromatic Pitta Toasts with Cod Roe in Olive Oil

How to make

  1. Mix 2 garlic cloves with the oil of the preserves and a little more if necessary
  2. Cut the bread into 5 triangles, place them in a pan and into the oven 15 ‘until crisp and golden. Brush with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle with fresh thyme, salt and pepper.
  4. Serve with cod roe.
