Christmas Mulled Wine

Christmas Mulled Wine

- 1 (750 ml) bottle of dry red wine
- 1 orange, sliced into rounds (also peeled, if you would like a less-bitter drink)
- 4 whole cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 star anise
- 250g sugar
- 1 apple
- 1 orange

How to cook:
1. Add all the iingredients to a large saucepan. Stir briefly to combine.
2. Cook the mulled wine on medium-high heat until it just barely reaches a simmer (Avoid letting it bubble)
3. Reduce heat to low, cover, and let the wine simmer for at least 15 minutes or up to 3 hours.
4. Using a fine mesh strainer, remove and discard the orange slices, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and star anise.
5. Serve warm in heatproof mugs, topped with your favourite garnishes.

- 糖 250克 (可視喜好增減糖量)
- 紅酒 一瓶
- 蘋果 一顆
- 香橙一顆
