Ingredients (serve 4)
- 1/2 very ripe pineapple - the flavor of the smoothie will depend a lot on the quality of the pineapple
- 1 ripe avocado
- 4 small kale leaves (without the thick part of the stems)
- 1 piece of ginger
- 1 handful of mint (leaves only)
- 2 or 3 ice cubes (optional)
- Reguila granola
How to make
- Grind everything in a processor and that's it!
- As a topping we used our Reguila granola, but you can choose another granola. We also added crunchy spirulina.
