1. Brew a cup of Chamomile Tea and let it cool down.
2. In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of oats, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1 tablespoon of Happy Valley Manuka Honey (UMF 15+ or UMF 20+.
3. Gradually add the cooled Chamomile Tea to the mixture, stirring until you achieve a smooth paste.
4. Apply the mask to your clean face and neck, spreading it evenly.
5. Leave the mask on for 10 minutes.
6. Gently rinse off with lukewarm water and follow up with moisturiser (or your regular skincare routine).

2. Using a fork, squash ripe avocado onto your toast
3. Drizzle with a generous amount of Happy Valley Manuka honey
4. Sprinkle a pinch of salt (to your liking)
