Pear & Hazelnut Bircher Muesli
Ingredients (serve 2)
- 1 cup (100g) rolled oats
- 1 1/3 cups 330ml almond milk
- 2 pears, granted
- 1/2 cup (70g) roasted hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp white chia seeds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Maple syrup, to taste
- Dash of vanilla extract
How to make
- Place the oats, chia seeds and pumpkin seeds into a large mixing bowl or container, and cover with Almo Milk. Add maple syrup and vanilla extract, and mix well to combine. Then cover and pop in the fridge overnight.
- In the norming, grate one pear, sprinkle with cinnamon and fold through the muesli. Slice the other pear and layer on top with a handful of hazelnuts and a drizzle of optional Almo Creme.
