Suggested Usage
Commonly used in foods like sweets, drinks and tobacco products.
Prepare as tea, put a small handful of roots into a cup. pour 8 oz. boiling water over 1 Tbsp. of herb. Cover and steep 3-5 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
