Siberian ginseng, rhodiola, and astragalus, offer therapeutic qualities, that have traditionally been used to enhance energy production, reduce fatigue, and help support physical endurance. This holistic and harmonizing tonic offers a balanced flavour of sweet and zesty herbs.

Brewing
Place 1 pyramid into a cup (250ml) and add boiling, filtered water at 75c??85c. Allow to infuse for 3??5+ minutes, and then remove the bag and serve.
