Wine making

The grapes come from two different vineyards in Vinho Verde region. One near Viana do Castelo, in the Lima sub-region, 8 km from the Atlantic ocean and the other in Baião sub-region, close to the Douro river. The soils are granitic and the vines are grown in organic and biodynamic farming. Produced from the indigenous grapes Loureiro, Avesso and Arinto. After crushing the grapes, the must decanted for 24 hours. The natural fermentation (with the indigenous yeasts) lasted for 3 months in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. Total Production: 1 820 bottles. Bottled in May 2024

Tasting Notes

Yellow-citrine color. The nose displays delicate aromas of green apple and orange. With an expressive acidity, it’s vibrant and fresh, with a persistent finish.

Food Pairing
Delicious as a starter, in the company of canapés, shellfish and raw fish (sushi, sashimi). Also perfect to drink with spicy and exotic flavours.
