Using the lovely beans grown from the ‘Reserva Zorzal’ and the neighboring farms’, which is a bird sanctuary area in the Dominican Republic. The mission of Zorzal Cacao is to protect the migratory bird Zorzal, helping local farming communities, and handling post-harvest sustainably.

This bar is very fruity and balanced with the right amount of nuttiness. Good bright flavor - berries and hazelnuts, with a tingle of acidity. A little bit of molasses sweetness. Very appealing melt, creamy and smooth mouthfeel with a long-lasting finish make it an enjoyable bar.
