A herbal infusion made from the whole flowers of the plant, chamomile has traditionally been used for a range of therapeutic benefits, including its ability to aid digestive function, support the nervous system and help alleviate anxiety. It offers antii-inflammatory properties and supports healthy sleep cycles. Delicate, calming, and caffeine free, chamomile offers a subtly sweet and floral flavour.

This blend is caffeine free.

Brewing
Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75c-85c and allow to infuse for 3-4minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
