  • White sage (Salvia alpine) is a traditional plant of the Native American peoples, used for healing and ceremony. It is used for cleansing and purification. . It has a very aromatic, sharp and stimulating smell.

  • 2. Allow the White sage to burn for 30 seconds to a minute, then carefully blow it out.
  • 3. Move around the space in which you wish to clear the energy - your entire home, bedroom, office or body, allowing the smoke to waft around each area.
  • 4. As you take the White sage into the corners of each room or space you are cleansing. Once you feel you have cleansed your space, place the White sage in a fireproof bowl like shell or ceramic bowl and allow the embers to burn out.
