Directions

Adults 16+ years: Add 2 rounded teaspoons (8g) into 300ml or more of warm, not hot, water once daily or as professionally advised. 

Children 6-15 years: Add ½ a rounded teaspoon (2g) into 100ml of warm, not hot, water once daily or as professionally advised. 

Stir and drink immediately.

Pair Happy Gut with a diet high in fibre rich whole foods, probiotic fermented foods and limit consumption of alcohol, processed food, refined sugar, food additives and artificial sweeteners.
