Directions

Mix between 1 level and 1 heaped tablespoon (depending on flavour) in 250ml or more of water, coffee, tea, fresh juice or blend into smoothies 1-2 times daily or as professionally advised. 

Our marine collagen is both heat stable and water soluble so you can add it to both hot and cold liquids.
