Tasting Notes:
Fresh fruit, with cherry and blackberry notes, married with barrel notes. Good acidity, which gives it great gastronomic amplitude. There is no words to describe this great wine.

Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.

The grapes are transported in 20kg boxes and subjected to screening in sorting table. After de-stemming, the grapes are partial crushed and move on to the fermentation vats. Malolactic fermentation in barrel. Ageing for 20 months in French oak barrels, 50% new.
