How to use

1. Stick out your tongue and place the rounded edge of the scraper at the back of your tongue. 
2. While holding the handies of the scraper, gently glide it forward toward the tip of your tongue.   
3. Once you’re finished scraping, rinse your mouth with water or mouthwash to remove any remaining debris.
4. After each use, clean the scraper thoroughly with warm water and mild soap. Pat it dry with a clean towel and store it in a clean and dry place.
