Yuzuokoku uses exclusively yuzu from Kochi Prefecture, more precisely from the renowned Kitagawamura village. Raw materials are rigorously selected, squeezed of their juice, immediately dried and ground into a very fine powder.?Wonderful floral aromatics, tart, citrus flavour, closely resembling that of the grapefruit, with overtones of tangerine and Meyer lemon with subtle hints of pine.
