This beautiful gift box contains three pure essential oils perfect for those who need a little help to wind down in the evenings. These carefully crafted oils have been specially selected for their natural ability to aid rest and relaxation of the mind and body and promote a good night's sleep. Includes an information card on how best to use these oils before bed and a simple guide offering tips and instructions for creating your own blends and recipes at home.

Set comprises of:

1 x Chamomile pure essential oil (5ml)
1 x Lavender pure essential oil (12ml)
1 x Mandarin pure essential oil (12ml)

Directions: Enjoy in a diffuser, as a room spray, in a hot bath or as a massage oil. Do not use more than 5-10 drops of essential oil for every 20ml of carrier oil, alcohol or water.

Bottled in Ireland. Comes in a blue glass bottle with screw-on polypropylene #5 lid and packaged in a card box.

Caution: For external use only. Do not use undiluted. Stop using if you experience a reaction. Please consult your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under medical supervision. Not suitable for young children.
