The “memory” of memories. Old vine, blended varieties of grapes, species of ampelographic catalog, diversity in all its splendor. There are about 30 varieties, co-fermented and co-planted simultaneously. It’s an authentic wine, exceedingly personal and elegant.

Vineyard Vineyard with granite soil aged of 80 years old. Altitude range of 300 m.

Harvest Manual harvest in early September

Vinification Spontaneous  fermentation in stainless steel vat. Long maceration after the fermentation. Ageing in tank for 24 months. Unoaked.
