Description
Hokkaido Adzuki beans have a sweet nutty flavour with natural savoury aroma, and are easy to digest. Mostly found in sweet and savoury recipes, which they are delicious and versatile in a range of sweet and savoury dishes. They provide a fudge-like consistency to healthy baked goods.

Suggested Usage
Perfect for making red rice bean, boiled red bean or Japanese sweets.
Great addition to veggie patties, salads, soups and stews.
Pre-soak in cold water for 1-2 hours. Drain and place beans in a pot of cold water. Bring to the boil, reduce to medium heat and simmer until tender about 30-40 minutes.

Keep packed in a cool and dry place, away from sunlight.
