Organic Buckwheat Flour is made from 100% whole grain buckwheat groats. Despite the name, buckwheat isn't related to wheat and is naturally gluten free. It hassubtle aroma, a rich nutty flavour and a natural, light brown colour. It is widelyused for making delicious buckwheat pancakes, soba noodles, blini, and as a replacement for wheat flour in baked goods.
Widelyused in any recipe and is great for baking and home-made pasta.Perfect for gluten free bread, noodles, galettes and porridge. Can use to add a touch of sweetness and a nutty flavour to scones and muffins,great base for cakes, slice mixes, cookies and home-made pancakes.
Organic Buckwheat flour is suitable for pizza bases and traditional Japanese Soba noodles too.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
