Blue Sky Espresso is 49th's most traditional espresso, with a Pacific Northwest twist. Roasted dark, highlights the sweetness and body of the coffee. Blue Sky is ideal for those who prefer low acidity and full-body, with dark chocolate aromas and flavours of cocoa and molasses.

USES
Shuffle out of bed, insert the filter into your coffee maker, scoop in some ground coffee, add some water, and wait in a daze until your coffee is brewed.
Perfect for the morning with bread and tea time with snacks.
Suggested Brew Method
To brew a perfect cup of espresso, you need to use 18 grams of freshly ground coffee and pull 37- 39 grams of liquid coffee under a grouphead at 200 -201°F (93-94°C) and 9 bars of machine pressure, while timing the extraction for 28-32 seconds.
