Organic 72% Pitch Dark Chocolate Buttons have a rich, full flavour and aroma, with a smooth silky texture and are scrumptious to eat as is. It can be added in delicious recipes. Their small size makes them quick and convenient to handle or cook.

USES

Suggested Usage

As a natural treat on their own, or combine them with dried fruit and nuts in a mix.

These buttons can be roughly chopped or added whole to cookie and muffin recipes. Wonderful for meltingasmelted dark chocolate to make ganache and sauces, in dessert recipes and for coating or dipping with fruits.

Melt chocolate in a bowl over a pot of softly boiling water, gently moving the chocolate around with a wooden spoon to melt evenly.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in a cool (<20^oC), dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Refrigeration recommended in warm climates.
