Suggested Usage

Convenient snack any time and are fantastic lunchbox fillers,irresistible added to raw food treats.Snip pieces of mango into home-made muesli and porridge or toasted granola, or sprinkle over smoothie bowls and yoghurt with fresh fruit. Also, it can addtangy, chewy inclusion in recipes for energy bars, muffins, cakes.

To soften before use, soak pre-cut cheeks in warm water for up to 2 hours.
