USES
Suggested Usage
For light summer salads, soups and pan-fried noodle dishes or stir-fries. Delicious seasoned with ponzu or soy sauce, a dash of brown rice vinegar, mirin and toasted sesame oil.
Add to boiling water and simmer for about 4-5 minutes or until soft. Drain, soak in water and drain again. For stir-fried vegetables, add to boiling water and simmer for about 2-3 minutes. Drain, soak in water and drain again.
Storage
Keep packed in a cool and dry place, away from sunlight.
